小电流接地系统的故障暂态分析及应用

摘要 当小电流接地系统发生单相接地故障时,由于故障电流微弱或者弧光接地等因素,使得基于稳态信号的检测效果可靠性不高。通过卡伦包尔变换分析了故障暂态过程的基本特性,并在此基础上介绍了基于暂态零序电流特征的幅值、极性和无功功率流向关系的故障线路选择算法装置。 On condition that single- phase ground fault occurs in the low current earthed system, due to the weak fault current, arc light grounding and other reasons, the reliability of signal detection based on steady - state signal is low. This paper analyzed the basic characteristics of the fault transient state procedure by Karen Bauer commutation. And based on the analysis, this paper introduced the selection algorithm device for the fault circuitry on the basis of amplitude, polarity and wattless power flow of the transient zero sequence current.
