摘要
按照高职院校教师绩效考核的实际需求,基于数据仓库和OLAP技术的KPI绩效考核系统将考核目标层层分解,首先确立关键绩效KPI的衡量标准和评价指标,再创建宏观数据仓库以及各个功能模块相应的多维数据集,并通过Web Service技术对各类主要操作进行封装,最终得到系统化、自动化、科学化的绩效考核结果。
According to requirements of performance appraisal for higher vocational college teachers,KPI performance appraisal system,based on the actual demand of data warehouse and OLAP technology,can decompose assessment target layer by layer,namely,first by establishing key KPI performance criteria and evaluation index,and then by creating macro data warehouse and multi-dimension data corresponding to various modules,and by encapsulating all kinds of main operation through the Web Service technology,and finally systematized,automated and scientific performance evaluation results can be obtained.
