摘要
目的筛选并优化消癣除湿膏的提取工艺。方法以出膏率和盐酸小檗碱的提取率为考察指标,采用正交设计多指标综合评分法优化提取工艺。结果通过正交试验优化确定的提取条件为:药材饮片加入12倍量70%乙醇提取,煎煮2次,每次1.5 h。结论优化后的提取工艺合理、稳定、可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction method of Xiaoxuan Chushi Ointment.Methods The extract rate and berberine extraction rate were used as index.The extraction method was optimized by orthogonal design multi-index comprehensive score method.Results The determined extraction conditions optimized by orthogonal test were： adding 12 times the amount of herbal medicine,extracted with 70% ethanol,boiled 2 times,1.5 h for each time.Conclusion The optimized extraction method is reasonable,stable,and feasible.
