摘要
对高速、中等载荷的万能工具磨床在出厂前的总装试磨中出现的轴向窜动问题,通过对砂轮架主轴的角接触球轴承支承结构分析,认为是原设计的轴承预紧弹簧支撑套与主轴套筒内孔间的0mm-0.005mm间隙过小,增大到0.003mm-0.006mm后顺利排除故障。
In this paper, aims at the high speed, mid--load universal tool grinder's axial movement problem shown in the final assembly test grinding before leave factory. Through analyzing the supporting structure of grinding carriage angular contact ball bearing, founding that the reason was the clearance between beating preload spring's supporting sleeve and spindle sleeve's inner hole too small in the original design, the fault is solved after extending the clearance to 0. 003mm-0. 006mm from 0mm- 0.005mm.
