丹参水溶性成分超声波提取工艺研究

摘要 此次研究采用超声波提取法,以丹酚酸B含量为参考指标,研究不同甲醇浓度下水溶性成分的提取率。研究表明其最佳提取工艺为:甲醇浓度40%,液料比13倍,超声时间30min。超声波提取具有操作简单,提取率高等特点,可以有效降低生产成本,适合工业的生产。 Ultrasound extraction was applied into this study, based on the index compound of salvianolic acid B, which studies the aquatic compounds of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge by ultrasound extraction under different methanol concentra- tion. The results show that the best method is methanol concentration 40% ,solvent-material ratio 13 and ultrasounding time 30 min. Ultrasound extraction,with advantages of quickness, convenience and efficiency, may eut down the costs in industrial production.
