籼粳交稻米蛋白质含量的基因型与环境互作效应的分析 被引量:20

摘要 用包括基因型×环境互作效应的种子性状遗传模型,对籼粳交组合的蛋白质含量进行了遗传研究,结果表明:在籼粳交组合中,蛋白质含量的遗传表达主要受直接加性和母体加性效应控制,以母体加性效应为主.直接显性、母体显性和细胞质效应方差分量也达到显著或极显著水平.基因型×环境互作主要表现为直接加性×环境、母体加性×环境和母体显性×环境工作.直接遗传率和母体遗传率都极显著,以母体遗传率较大,而且主要为互作遗传率.显性方向在配组方式间表现一致,直接显性为正,母体显性为负.环境只影响显性表达的程度,而不改变其方向.遗传效应预测值的结果表明,T1950,苏选和N422s等对籼粳杂种蛋白质含量的改良较有利用价值. Genetic studies were conducted for protein content of indica-japonica hvbrid rice, using genetic models with genotype ×environment interactions for seed traits. The results indicated that protein content was mainly controlled by direct and maternal additive effects, with the later predominating. The variance components of direct and maternal dominant effects and cytoplasm effects were also significant or highly significant. Genotype×environment (GE) interactions expressed mainly as direct additive×environment, maternal additive×environment and maternal dominant×environment interaction. Direct and maternal interaction heritabilities were highly significant. Dominant effects had the same directions for different cross types, with direct dominant effects being positive, and maternal dominant effects negative. GE interaction could only affect the expression extents of dominant effects, without changing their directions. Predicted values of genetic effects indicated that T1950, Suxuan and N422s could be more useful for the improvement of protein content in indica-japonica hybrid rice.
