人类囊胚玻璃化冷冻结局的影响因素 被引量：4

摘要 囊胚培养是人类辅助生殖技术的发展方向。取卵周期中,许多患者除了移植的囊胚,还会有剩余囊胚需要冷冻保存。目前囊胚保存多采用玻璃化冷冻方法,现就囊胚玻璃化冷冻技术的发展、不同载体和操作方法、尤其是冷冻复苏过程中可能的影响因素作一综述。
