摘要
通过对一种FCC催化剂水热稳定性的实验研究,揭示了催化剂酸性、分子筛破坏程度、晶胞常数和硅铝原子比等参数受水热处理条件影响的一些规律。发现温度在750~800°C之间时催化剂的总酸量降低很快,而强酸与总酸之比随分子筛脱铝量的增多而增大;在850°C、样品处理时间大于4h时,晶胞常数降到2.427nm,硅铝原子比增大到20.1,剩下的酸基本上是强酸,而且分子筛的相对破坏程度达到60%。
Severe conditions in regenerators of FCC processes are harmful to catalyst structure, activity, selectivity and life. Hydrothermal stability study is one of effective methods to learn the deteriorating mechanism of the catalysts. By studying the hydrothermal stability of a FCC catalyst, it is found that the total surface acid sites decrease sharply between 750 and 800C . The ratio of strong acid to total acid sites increases with the decrease of framework aluminum. At 850C when the steaming time reaches 4h, the unit cell size shrinks to 2.427nm and Si/Al ratio rises to 20.1. Most acid sites are strong in this situation and furthermore the relative damage degree of the zeolite is more than 60%.
