摘要
科研公共服务平台是优质大型科学仪器及科研条件设施经梯次配置和整合优化而形成的科技基础条件,是高等学校科研工作的重要支撑。从科学研究的特点和发展方向出发,对科研公共服务平台建设意义、思路和方向进行了探讨,并以北京大学近年来建设工作和具体措施为例,初探高等学校科研公共服务平台建设与管理的思路。
The service platform for scientific research which consists of large-scale equipments and special scientific facility is critical support for teaching and research in universities.Based on the characters and trends of scientific research,the significance,methods,and targets of construction and management were illustrated in this paper,and citing the works done by Peking University as example,experience may be provided for other universities or colleges.
