摘要
本文研究有害危险废弃物运输网络优化选线问题。根据实际情况,有害危险废弃物运输管理需要重点关注运输风险与运输成本。在此基础上,建立了考虑运输风险和运输成本两个因素的有害危险废弃物处理网络选线模型。在对该模型进行分析的基础上,给出了相应的多项式时间的选线策略,证明了该策略具有的效果性能。所得结论对于实际的有害废弃物运输选线决策具有理论指导意义,同时对已有的研究结果具有较强的互补性。
This paper mainly focuses on the routing optimization problem in hazard materials transportation network.Based on the practical consideration,that is,the transporting management of hazard materials should mainly focus on the transportation risk and transportation cost,this paper constructs a hazard materials network routing optimization problem with the factor of transportation risk and cost.After giving some analysis,it gives a corresponding polynomial-time routing algorithm,and proves the routing approximation result.The obtained results not only have a theoretical meaning for the practical hazard material routing decision,but also complete the existing results.
