摘要
本文分析固液超声分离的原理,分析了两个平面声波在液体中如何产生移动驻波,依赖此移动特点把固体粒子移动到装置的一侧,然后分流,从而得到固液分离的目的。进一步分析了超声分离对所用超声换能器的频率、声强的要求。
This thesis is basiclly on the analysis of th e th eory of ultrasonic separa tion for liquid and solid. It analysis how stan ding w ave is produ ced by tw o planew avesin liqu id. According to th is th eory,solid particles are transfered to one sid e of an appa ratus. Then th e liquid is divid ed. Thus the purpose of separation for solid and liquidhas been ach ieved. Turth erm ore,it also an alysis the requirm ent for th e sound frequen cy and soun d energy flux d ensity of the transducer according to the theory of u ltrason ic separation .
