摘要
目的：观察强筋健骨汤联合西药治疗急性炎症性脱髓性多发性神经病的临床疗效。方法：将急性炎性脱髓性多发性神经病67例随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均予以西药治疗，治疗组同时予服中药强筋健骨汤；1月后，停用西药，继续予服中药治疗，满两个月后停止治疗，观察两组疗效。结果：治疗组有效率达94％，对照组总有效率69％，两组比较P〈0．01。结论：强筋健骨汤结合西药治疗可以显著提高格林-巴利综合征患者的治愈率，降低致残率，疗效满意。
Objective： To investigate the Western United soup gluten health treatment of acute inflammatory demyelization polyneuropathy clinical efficacy. Results： The effective rate of 94% in the control group, 69% of the total effective rate between two groups P 〈0.01. Conclusion： The combination of strong gluten soup western medicine can significantly improve the Guillain - Barre syndrome cure rate and reduce the rate of disability, results were satisfactory.
