摘要
采用天然石墨粉无粘结剂冷压成型方法制作的模具有一定的机械强度，可应用于粉末冶金工艺。用过的模具经去除杂质、粉碎、过筛及复压成型仍可继续使用，减少了废弃物，有利于环保。该工艺简单。
Moulds made of natural graphite powder have been studied.Mechanically,the moulds produced by cold press without binder are somewhat weak and brittle,but not to an unacceptable degree for the purposes of some powder metallurgy process.This kind of moulds can be recycled after shattering,removing impurity,screening and remoulding process.
