摘要
目的了解医院医护人员手卫生的现状,寻求提高依从性和监测合格率的对策。方法汇总2006-2009年医院医护人员手卫生的监测数据,并加以比较分析。结果所有医护人员的手卫生监测的4年总体合格率为93.93%,且从2006-2009年呈逐年升高的趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.333,P<0.01);护士、医师和护工的4年总体合格率分别为95.01%、94.46%和88.84%,(χ2=12.474,P=0.002)。结论医院需从行政指令和教育培训两方面着手,提高医护人员手卫生的依从性和监测合格率。
OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of healthcare worker＇s hand hygiene and find the strategy to enhance the compliance and monitoring qualified rates. METHODS The data of healthcare worker＇s hand hygiene monitoring was gathered and statistically analyzed. RESULTS The total qualified rate of all the healthcare workers＇ hand hygiene monitoring was 93.93% in four years, and it trended upwards from 2006 to 2009 （Х^2=2：18. 333,P〈0. 001）; there were statistical differences in the total qualified rates between the nurses, physicians and nursing support personnel, which were 95.01%, 94.46% and 88.84%, respectively（Х^2 = 12. 474, P=0. 002）. CONCLUSION It is necessary to improve the compliance and monitoring qualified rates of healthcare workers＇ hand hygiene at the same time by both administrative orders and continuous education.
