摘要
研究了在扩散焊接 Ｓｉ Ｃｗ６０６１ Ａｌ 复合材料时的试件表面状态、焊接工艺参数、中间层等工艺因素对接头强度的影响， 制订出合理的焊接工艺， 完成了 Ｓｉ Ｃｗ６０６１ Ａｌ 复合材料扩散连接。
Abstract: Effects of surface condition, welding parameters and interlayers on the strength of welded joint of SiC w/6061Al composite subjected to diffusion welding were studied. High quality of welded joint of SiCw/6061Al composite was successfully obtained with proper welding technology.
