摘要
在工程质量验收和结构性能评定中,往往需要确定结构实体中混凝土强度。现场检测混凝土强度一般采用抽样检测,根据样本数据得到结构实体中混凝土强度的推定值。回弹法等无损检测技术规程中一般都以样本均值减1.645倍样本标准差得到的值作为结构实体中混凝土强度的推定值,由于未考虑抽样检测必然存在的置信度的问题,这样的推定存在一定的缺陷。本文考虑样本统计量的概率分布规律,采用非中心t概率分布函数对混凝土强度进行推定。这种推定方法与设计规范、验收规范和检验评定标准的要求基本一致,因此得到的推定值可作为工程质量验收和结构性能评定的依据。
In the acceptance of construction quality and the assessment of structure performance,as an important parameter,the strength of hardened concrete in constructions is often to be evaluated.Generally concrete strength is calculated with sample data obtained by means of in-situ test method.According to Technical specification for non-destructive inspection such as Rebound method,the sample mean subtracted by 1.645 times of the sample standard deviation is considered as the estimated strength of hardened concrete in constructions.Since the confidence level which is inherent for sampling detection is not taken into account,there is some defect for such an estimation method.Considering the probability distribution of sample statistics,the concrete strength is estimated by noncentral t distribution in this paper.This presumption approach is in compliance with the design codes,construction specifications and appraisal standard,so the estimated concrete strength can be used as basis for the acceptance of construction quality and the assessment of structure performance.
