摘要 文中介绍了一种基于光强调制原理的电流测量方法。它是把被测电流转换成电压,然后与偏置电源共同作用,使LED发出受电流强度调制的光,PIN探测器把光信号转化成电信号,经电路处理,最后得到与被测电流成正比的电压。实验表明,测量系统能获得约12%的线性度,迟滞误差极小,精度高。 This paper introduces a measurement method of current based on modulation of light intensity.It converts the measured current into voltoge,then the voltage combines with bias voltage source to drive a LED which emits light modulated by current strength.A PIN detects the light and converts it to voltage signa.After the circuit processing,we finally get voltage which is proportional to the measured curent.Experiments show that the method can obtain Linearity of about 1.2%,very small hysteresis error and high accuracy.
