摘要
针对AC/DC通信电源由于非线性器件引起的电流相位滞后,导致功率因素和效率偏低等问题,提出了电压、电流双闭环PFC技术,通过建立控制环节和功率环节的数学模型,确定了功率因素校正部分调节器的PI参数,并采用了DC/DC变换器次级倍流式的输出结构和移相控制方法。经试验验证,AC/DC通信电源输入电流跟随正弦化的线电压,输入功率因素约等于1、效率达到92%以上。
For the current phase of AC/DC communication power lag caused by nonlinear devices, resulting in low power factor and efficiency issues, presents the voltage and current double closed loop PFC techniques, to create control loops and power sectors of mathematical models to determine the power factor correction part of the regulator of the PI parameters, While the secondary side of the DC/DC converter using the double output flow and the phase shift control strategy. The input current of AC/DC power supply follows the sinusoidal line voltage, input power factor is about equal to 1, and more than 92% efficiency verified by experiment.
