摘要
高校党组织是培养社会主义可靠接班人的人才基地,其公信力和执行力是推动高校又好又快发展的前提和基础,因此,探讨高校党组织公信力和执行力,分析在高等教育发展中,高校党组织公信力和执行力存在的问题。
The university party organization is a talent base for cultivating reliable socialist successors. Its credibility and execution are the prerequisite and foundation of promoting fast development for universities. Therefore, it＇s important to discuss the credibility and implementation of party organization in universities, to analyse the existing problems in development of higher education, and to explore the effective way of enhancing the credibility and execution for party organization in universities.
