基于文献的新兴趋势探测方法的问题及对策研究 被引量:4

摘要 从浩瀚的科学文献中准确地探测出新兴趋势是科研人员及其管理者把握前沿和科技创新的关键任务之一,也是制定科技发展战略时面临的一大问题。文章在对新兴趋势探测过程及关键技术进行解析的基础上,分析了目前基于文献的新兴趋势探测方法存在的主要问题。针对存在的问题,提出形成以新兴趋势概念为基础的丰富的主题表示框架、从概念语义出发的主题特征的识别与抽取、主题确认与趋势判断的量化评价的对策。 Detecting emerging trends accurately from vast scientific literatures is one of the key tasks for scientific researchers and their managers to grasp the research front and engage in technological innovation.It's also a major problem in formulating the science and technology development strategies.Based on the analysis of the process and key technologies of emerging trend detection,this article analyzes the main problems in the literature-based emerging trend detection.The article puts forward some solutions to the problems existing therein such as forming the rich topic representation framework based on the concept of emerging trend,semantic recognition and extraction of subject features,and quantitative evaluation of subject confirmation and trend judgment.
