摘要
采用文献资料、体质检测和数理统计等方法,对天津市大学生1985—2005年体质与健康测试数据进行纵向分析研究,并与同年全国大学生体质调研测试数据进行横向比较分析,结果表明,天津市大学生身体形态生长发育水平总体呈现上升趋势;身体机能水平连续下降;身体素质变化趋势总体上与全国一致,1995年后的10年中身体素质全面下降,在2000—2005的5年下降幅度更加明显。天津市大学生身体素质低于同年全国均值水平,但无显著性差异。据此提出:贯彻落实国家法规政策,全方位加强学生体质健康工作;构建科学的体育课程体系,积极推进体育课程改革;广泛开展群众性的体育竞赛活动;加强健康知识宣传与教育;建立学校体质健康管理与服务机构,加强学生体质健康状况的监测和评估;加强体育卫生师资队伍建设;完善学校体育工作的保障机制的建议和对策。
Through using the method of literature review, physical fitness and health monitoring and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the testing data about fitness and health of college students in Tian jin from 1985 to 2005. At the same time, a horizontal comparison is made with the investigation data of the national college student. It is showed that the body shape and growth level of college students in Tianjin presented an overall increase, the level of body function presented a continuous decline, the physical fitness development trend is consistent with the whole country overall. Since 1995, the physical fitness declined following the 10 year, especially from the year 2000 to 2005. The physical fitness level of the college students in Tianjin is lower than the nation's average level with no significant difference. According to these,following suggestions and countermeasures are proposed: the implementation of regulatory policy and reinforcement of work on students physical health; the construction of scientific physical education curriculum and actively reform of physical education curriculum; the extensive development of mass sports competition; the wide publicity and education of health knowledge; set up a health regulatory and service institution,the enhanced supervision and evaluation of health condition; the sports hygiene and teacher team construction;the improvement of safeguard mechanism of school sports.
