对高合金钢对接接头采用相控阵检测及TOFD检测技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文介绍目前SA335-P91、SA335-P92高合金钢对接头常规脉冲回波超声检测存在的问题。重点分析了TOFD、相控阵检测的原理、特点及其在电站锅炉主蒸汽管道及再热热段管道检测中的应用情况。TOFD、相控阵检测与脉冲回波超声检测相比,具有缺陷检出率高、缺陷定量精度高、检测可靠性好等优点,因此,TOFD、相控阵检测技术在电站锅炉SA335-P91、SA335-P92钢管道对接接头安装及定期检验中前景将非常广阔。 The paper introduces the problem about inspecting the weld joint of SA335-P91 and SA335-P92 alloy steel with conventional pulse echo ultrasonic. The paper also analyzes theories and features of TOFD and Phased Array technologies, and application of these technologies on main steam pipe and reheating steam pipe of boiler in power station. Comparing TOFD and Phased Array technologies with conventional pulse echo ultrasonic, the new technologies will give higher POD (possibility of detection), and the precision of sizing defects and the reliability of inspection are also the strong points of the new technologies. Therefore, in the field of installing and periodical inspecting the weld joint of SA335-P91 and SA335-P92 alloy steel which is always used to power station boiler, TOFD and Phased Array technologies will spread out the broad prospects.
