输送盘牵张成骨重建颅颌面骨缺损的研究进展

摘要 输送盘牵张成骨已成为重建人类长骨大范围组织缺损极为有效的方法之一。用其也可高效地重建颅颌面骨因创伤、肿瘤术后、骨髓炎以及骨愈合不良等造成的大范围骨组织缺损。本文就输送盘牵张成骨在颅颌面骨缺损重建的应用作一综述。 Transport distraction osteogenesis has been an extremely effective surgical technique for reconstructing critical-size skeletal defects of human long bones.It can also be applied efficiently in the reconstruction of extensive defects of craniomaxillofacial bones,which are caused by trauma,tumour resection,osteomyelitis,and bony nonunion and so on.This study reviewed its application in the craniomaxillofacial skeletal reconstruction.
