摘要
为实现对地区电网自动电压控制(AVC)系统告警信息重要性等级的有效评判,引入了层次模糊综合评判方法,构建了告警信息重要性等级的多层次模糊综合评判模型,阐述了评判的实现过程。对层次模糊综合评判法进行了改进,通过将某些评判指标的可量化影响因素以权重再修正的方式考虑,可减少评判指标数目,简化分层模型,减少计算量。通过实例分析计算,验证了该方法能科学合理地评定各告警信息的重要性等级。
In order to assess the differentiation in levels of alarm information of AVC system for district power network effectively,on the basis of the principle of AHP and fuzzy method,the multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation model for importance level of alarm information is established,and the implementation of the evaluation is described.The multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is improved by amending again the weight of some quantifiable assessment in the hierarchical model,which can reduce the number of indices,simplify the hierarchical model and reduce the computation.Example analysis shows that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can assess the importance level of alarm information reasonably and scientifically.
