摘要
借鉴JCI评审标准,从人员配置、资格与权限、能力评估及满意度测评4方面,建立了一套标准化的人员配置和使用体系,促进了人力资源管理的科学、有效,提高了医疗质量,确保了病人安全,提升了医院的核心竞争力。
After adopted the JCI Accreditation Standards, we changed the situation on human resource management. We established a set standard of personnel allocation and usage, which promoted human resource management in a scientific and effective manner. It also improved quality of medical services and ensured patient safety, which gave us the opportunity to win the core competitiveness.
