摘要
本实验的研究目的是得到酵母废水的最佳预处理,并探索其最佳预处理条件。通过对酵母废水进行活性污泥絮凝处理以及Ca(OH)2絮凝沉淀处理,并通过单因素实验研究以其作为最佳预处理条件。实验结果表明,Ca(OH)2絮凝沉淀处理能够起到调节pH(从3.84到7.30)的作用,同时对于SO42-能起到比较好的去除率(23.5%~30.1%)。最后选择的Ca(OH)2添加量为1.0g/L,对硫酸根的去除率为29.5%。
The pretreatment of yeast wastewater were studied by activated sludge flocculation combined with Ca(OH)2 flocculation in this paper.The results showed that activated sludge flocculation played a role in regulating pH and diluting influent concentration.Ca(OH)2 flocculation can regulate pH(from 3.84 to 7.30) and remove SO42-(23.5%~30.1%).The best Ca(OH)2 dosage was 1.0 g/L,with which the sulfate can be reduced to 29.1%.
