摘要
某长方形框架-核心筒超高层实际工程的筒核长宽比较大,长短向抗侧刚度不均匀。针对多种不同加强层结构布置方案分别进行三维有限元内力计算分析,比较整体结构及长短向框架柱、剪力墙的力学性能,研究讨论加强层设置优化问题。结果表明,加强层最终设置方案合理利用了建筑空间,改善了整体结构力学性能,且满足国家规范要求。
One actual super high-rise building adopts frame-core wall structure system. Due to the large length-width ratio of the tube, the lateral rigidity of two main directions is uneven. Considering different structural arrangements of the strengthened stories, the structure model of the building was caleulated by FEA. The mechanical characteristics of the structure, frame column and shear wall in these arrangements were compared and the arrangement optimization of strengthened story was discussed. The resuit shows that the final arrangement reasonably used the space of the building, improved the mechanical property of the structure and met the requirements of national codes.
