摘要
为了达到频率综合在具有高频率稳定度、低杂散信号、高隔离度等特点的同时,尽可能实现产品的小型化这一目的,通过分析多种方案的特点和理论计算,最终选出了一种最优方案,并在科研制造中得到了验证。介绍了频率合成技术的基础理论,着重研究了PLL+DDS的频率合成技术,并简述了实现Ku波段频率合成的主要技术途径,给出了主要技术难点、解决措施。
In order to realize the characteristics such as high frequency stability, low noise signal level, high isolation and miniaturized production of frequency synthesizer, an optimized scheme is selected and verified in manufacture by analyzing several schemes and calculation. The basic theory of frequency synthesis technology is introduced, the frequency synthesis technology of PLL&DDS is discussed,and the main technological approaches of the frequency synthesis of Ku-band are proposed, the main technology difficulties and solutions are provided.
