摘要
基于碱性条件下过氧亚硝酸根-亚硫酸钠-荧光素化学发光新体系中过氧亚硝酸根浓度与化学发光强度呈线性关系,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定过氧亚硝酸根浓度的新方法。在优化实验条件下,方法的线性范围为2.384×10-6—1.192×10-4mol/L,r2=0.9994,最低检测浓度为2.384×10-6mol/L,平行测定11次相对标准偏差为0.36%。并将该方法与鲁米诺体系进行了对比,结果满意。
Based on the chemiluminescence intensity of the reaction of Na2SO3-ONOO-fluorescein was linearly relationship with the concentration of peroxynitrite,a novel flow injection chemiluminescence(FICL) method for the determination of peroxynitrite has been developed.Under optimized conditions,linear range of this method was 2.384×10-6—1.192×10-4mol/L with r2 0.9994,the lowest concentration that can be detected was 2.238×10-6mol/L and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.36%.This method was compared with luminol system,which obtained satisfactory result.
