摘要
近年来,危险化学品的有效管理已经成为石化企业日常安全生产工作中的一道难题.本文结合危险化学品日常管理工作实际,以危险化学品的科学、安全、有效管理为目的,提出建立石化企业危险化学品检测与管理系统的设计思想和系统架构,以地理信息系统技术为核心,融合多种流行软硬件技术,搭建起危险化学品的管理、监控、查询和分析平台,实现危险化学品的安全状态监测与灾害影响评价,提供危险化学品管理和事故处理提供决策支持信息和应急方案,为企业化学危险源的监测与管理一体化建设提供解决思路。
In recent years, the effective management of hazardous chemicals has become a difficult problem in routine safety production of petrochemical enterprises. To integrate the daily real management of dangerous chemicals, and for the purpose of scientific, safe and effective management of petrochemical, this paper proposes the design and system architecture for the establishment of the hazardous cfiemical management and detection system in petrochemical enterprises. Adopting the geographic information system technology as the core, and integrating many popular hardware and software technologies, the system sets up a platform which obtains the hazardous chemicals management, monitoring, query and analysis. It not only achieves the security status monitoring and disaster assessment of dangerous chemicals, but also supplies decision support information and emergency programs for dangerous chemicals management and accident treatment. As a result, this paper can supply a solution for the integrated building of the chemical hazards monitoring and management.
