摘要
为满足大庆油田勘探开发的要求,研制出了抗高温水泥浆体系(DGT),该水泥浆API失水量可控制在100 mL以内,稠化时间可调,且流动性较好;通过引进抗高温稳定剂,解决了水泥浆高温分层问题,并且提高了水泥石的抗压强度;该水泥浆还具有抗窜能力,能防止气窜的发生;其水泥石的渗透率比普通加砂水泥石降低了近73%,从而提高了水泥石的耐腐蚀性。该水泥浆的研制成功不但保证了超深井固井施工的安全,还能够提高固井质量,并对油气层保护起到很好的作用。
A high-temperature cement slurry system(DGT)is introduced in this paper.Laboratory evaluation showed that the slurry had a good rheology and anti-channeling capability,a low fluid loss(API filter loss can be maintained at less than 100 mL) and an adjustable thickening time.Moreover,the compressive strength of set cement was improved and the trouble of phase splitting was settled because of the agent of temperature resistant.Comparing with other set cement the permeability recovery of its set cement was reduced by 73%.The application of DGT in cementing operation of ultra deep well played an important role in reservoir protection.
