摘要
目的:探讨经肛门根治小儿先天性巨结肠的围术期护理方法。方法:对32例先天性巨结肠的手术患儿进行精心的术前术后护理。结果:32例患儿均经肛门完成根治手术,术后3～6个月随访,所有患儿排便控制良好,食欲正常,无一例发生吻合口狭窄。结论:精心的围术期护理对经肛门根治先天性巨结肠患儿的康复具有重要意义。
Objective： To discuss nursing experience of perioperative period of radical cure through anus of congenital dilatation of colon of the wean. Methods： Aborative nursing before surgery and after surgery were carried out to 32 weans megacolon in children. Results： All children got successful radical cure through anus. After 3-6 months＇s following-up, all of them had good defecate controlling and normal appetite. None of them had anastomotic stricture. Conclusion： Aborative nursing of perioperative period is important for the radical cure of megacolon in children.
