高速切削过程中锯齿形切屑有限元模拟研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 锯齿形切屑的产生是高速切削有别于常规切削的一个重要特征。随着高速切削的迅速发展和广泛应用,锯齿形切屑的有限元模拟研究已经成为高速切削研究的热点之一。与连续带状切屑的有限元模拟相比,锯齿形切屑的有限元模拟具有更大的难度。文章全面综述了高速切削过程中锯齿形切屑有限元模拟的研究现状,并指出了目前存在的问题和今后的发展方向。 The appearance of serrated chip is an important characteristic of is ditter from regular machining. With the rapid development and extensively application of high speed machining. The FEM study of serrated chip has been became one of the focus of highs peed machining study. Comparing with the FEM of continue banding chip, the FEM of serrated chip is more difficult. In this paper, the study situation of the FEM of serrated chip is summarized, the open questions and development directions are also pointed out.
