摘要
淮南职业技术学院依托煤炭企业,在建立煤炭行业技能型人才培养模式的基础上,基于不同专业实施"产学研结合"、"订单培养"、"工学结合"等多元化的人才培养模式。基于工作过程,重组煤矿主体专业课程体系,并重新构建质量标准和考核评价方法,保证人才培养模式的实施。
On the basis of building skilled talents cultivation model for coal industry,Huainan Vocational and Technical College has implemented pluralistic talent cultivation model of＂production,learning and research combination＂,＂ordering form cultivation＂and＂working and learning combination＂in different specialties depending on coal enterprises.The subjective specialty curriculum system of coal was re-organized and the quality standard and examination and evaluation method ware re-constructed based on working process,which has assured the implementation of talent cultivation model.
