摘要
渤海湾盆地老河口油田区内的老168区块是中石化海上油气重点开发的丛式井组,设计总井数69口,其中大部分井的水平位移都在1 500 m以上、最长的超过2 000 m。该区大部分井都属于浅层大井眼定向井,完全采用海水配浆,对钻井液的要求很高。为此,采取了以下技术对策:①选择强抑制性聚合物,以抑制泥岩水化膨胀;②充分利用地面四级固控设备,结合高分子包被絮凝岩屑,及时清除钻井液中的有害固相;③选用抗盐能力强的护胶剂,降低钻井液的滤失量;④勤做短起下并清洗井眼以降低摩阻,避免岩屑床的形成;⑤根据摩阻扭矩情况及时混入原油以提高泥浆的润滑性能。最后,结合4口大位移第三次开钻井(老168-斜2、老168-斜55、老168-斜43、老168-斜59井)钻井液的具体施工经验,介绍了海水聚合物润滑防塌钻井液体系在该区的成功应用。
Clusters of wells at Block Lao 168 of the Laohekou oilfields in the Bohai Bay Basin are the key development zone for the Sinopec to get more offshore hydrocarbon reserves.Among those total 69 planned wells,most wells' horizontal displacements have exceeded 1500 m,the maximum of which is up to more than 2000 m.As for those most shallow and large-hole directional wells,the drilling fluid is prepared by direct use of sea water,which will result in stricter requirement for the drilling fluid system.In view of this,some technical measures are adopted as follows: a.selecting high-inhibition polymer to inhibit shale swelling;b.using 4-stage solid control equipment and high-molecular encapsulating agent to enhance flocculation of cuttings so as to remove the harmful solids from the drilling fluid;c.using high anti-salt gel-stabilizing agent to reduce the filtration of the drilling fluid;d.conducting short trips and well cleaning to reduce wellbore friction and avoid a cuttings bed;e.adding a certain amount of crude oil into the drilling fluid according to the actual friction and torque situation in order to increase the lubrication performance of the drilling fluid.As a result,this kind of lubricating anti-caving sea-water polymer drilling fluid system has been successfully used in this area and the field experiences in four extended reach and 3-spud wells(Lao 168-2,Lao 168-55,Lao 168-43,Lao 168-59) are also introduced herein.
