摘要
采用自制螺旋管分馏萃取装置连续萃取分离了金银花粗粉中的绿原酸(1)和异绿原酸(2)。以水为流动相,乙酸乙酯为固定相,每个循环周期泵入原料液20 ml,流动相50 ml,反推固定相40 ml。在该条件下,1和2分离完全,最终得到1和2干燥产品,纯度为64.1%和82.3%,回收率为85%和90%。
Complete separation of chlorogenic acid(1) and isochlorogenic acid (2) from the honeysuckle flower was achieved by the self-made spiral tube fractional extraction device. The separation was performed with water as the mobile phase and ethyl acetate as the stationary phase. Feed liquid 20 ml, mobile phase 50 ml and stationary phase 40 ml were pumped into the device in every cycle. Under these conditions, the purity of 1 and 2 was 64.1% and 82.3 %, with recoveries of 85 % and 90 %.
