摘要
目的:建立精制冠心片中丹酚酸B的高效液相测定方法。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-甲酸-水(10∶30∶0.5∶59.5),流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为286 nm;柱温为25℃。结果:采用高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸B的含量,线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.51%,RSD%为1.72%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于精制冠心片的质量控制。
Objective：To establish the content determination method of salvianolic acid B in Jingzhi Guanxin Tablet by HPLC.Methods：C18 colum was adpoted at the column temperature 25 ℃,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-methanoic acid-water（10∶30∶0.5∶59.5）with flow rate 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 286 nm.Results：The content of salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC,The results showed good linear relationship,the average recovery rate was 98.51% and RSD value was 1.72%（n=6）.Conclusion：The established method is convenient and feasible and accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of Jingzhi Guanxin Tablet.
