摘要
目的探讨北京市社区中老年慢性病人群生存质量与中医体质的相关性。方法通过应用中医九种体质量表与SF-36生存质量量表,调查北京市东城区8个社区880例具有5种慢性病(高血压病、糖尿病、冠心病、脑卒中和恶性肿瘤)的中老年人的生存质量与中医体质,采用二值多元Log istic回归分析方法,中医九型体质取二值变量作为因变量,SF-36 8个维度的具体分值作为自变量,统计结果取前向逐步法建立Log istic回归方程。结果除特秉质以外的8种体质均建立了有统计学意义的回归方程,气虚质与生理功能和总体健康呈明显的负相关;阳虚质与总体健康呈明显的负相关;阴虚质与生理功能呈负相关,与精神健康呈正相关;痰湿质与生理功能和总体健康呈负相关;湿热质与生理功能呈正相关;血瘀质与总体健康呈负相关;气郁质与生理功能和精神健康呈负相关。结论中医体质中平和质、气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、痰湿质、湿热质、血瘀质、气郁质均与SF-36生存质量量表的各个维度有密切关系。
Objective To study the correlation between the survival quality of and the TCM constitutions aged people in Beijing with chronic Diseases.Methods By using the TCM nine-constitution scale and SF-36 survival quality scale,the survival quality and TCM constitutions of 880 cases in the 8 communities of Dongcheng district with 5 types chronic diseases including hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease,stroke,and malignant tumor were surveyed. The method of binary multivariate Logistic regression analysis was applied.For the TCM constitution,binary variable was taken as dependent variable.The score of the eight dimensions of SF-36 scale was regarded as independent variables.In the statistical result,the forward-stepwise method was adopted to establish the Logistic regression equation.Results Except the special constitution,all of the other eight ones established the regression equations which were significant in statistics.Qi deficiency constitution had significant negative correlation with the physiological function and overall health state;yang deficiency constitution had significant negative correlation with the overall health state;yin deficiency constitution had negative correlation with the physiological function and positive correlation with the mental health;phlegmdamp constitution had negative correlation with the physiological function and overall health state;damp-heat constitution had positive correlation with the physiological function;blood stasis constitution had negative correlation with the overall health state;and qi stagnation constitution had negative correlation with the physiological function and mental health.Conclusion Of the nine TCM constitutions,the even constitution,qi deficiency constitution,yang deficiency constitution,yin deficiency constitution,phlegm-damp constitution,damp-heat constitution,blood stasis constitution,and qi stagnation constitution have close correlation with all dimensions of SF-36 survival quality scale.
