摘要
大停电后根据输电网网架恢复预案进行重构操作的过程中,如果预案中某些关键线路由于外界环境和自身存在的薄弱环节投运失败,将严重影响系统恢复进程。文中结合大停电后输电网网架恢复过程中线路投运失败的情况,借鉴复杂网络理论中介数的概念,定义了一种相对线路介数指标,并在此基础上提出了网架恢复方案中的线路关键度指标作为辨识方案中关键线路的标准。以IEEE 30节点系统为例进行分析,辨识相应网架恢复方案中的关键线路。结果表明,利用提出的指标可以较好地辨识出在一定的恢复原则下可用程度高且显著影响恢复效果的线路。该辨识方法对于指导恢复操作具有现实意义。
After large-scale blackout, if certain critical lines fail to operate in the process of restoration scheme owing to the external environment or weak links in the lines themselves, the restoration process will be seriously affected. By referring to the above-mentioned failure, a relative line betweenness is defined employing the concept of betweenness from the complex network theory. Furthermore, a critical degree of lines is put forward to identify the critical lines in the restoration scheme for the transmission network. An analysis is made on the IEEE 30 bus system to identify the critical lines in the restoration scheme. The results show that the index proposed can effectively identify critical lines that are of high availability and markedly influence the restoration result under definite restoration principles. The method proposed is of practical significance in guiding the process of restoration.
