摘要 介绍了TD-LTE系统RRC子层的功能模型及主要功能,提出了RRC子层的状态设计、各状态下的任务以及状态间的转换。最后详细描述了LTE系统RRC连接建立的过程,包括终端和网络端连接建立过程的MSC图、连接建立过程的SDL仿真流程及仿真产生的MSC图,验证了信号流程设计的正确性。 In this paper, the RRC sublayer in TD-LTE system in three part is described. A functional model of the RRC is given, and each function in detail is introduced, then much attention is payed to the state of RRC sublayer and state transition.Finally, the main part of this paper which is the RRC connection setup procedure in the TD-LTE system, the message transmission for RRC connection setup procedure, SDL simulation and MSC generated by simulation are given, verified the correctness of the design of signal process.
