摘要
目的:了解乡镇医院护理人才队伍建设现状,分析存在问题的原因,探讨切实可行的护理人才队伍建设策略。方法:问卷调查、实地调研和统计学处理。结果:护理人才队伍中在编不在岗占21.1%;技术操作不规范占72.2%;中专学历占68.3%,无学历占10.9%;未参加院外业务学习、进修者分别占80.5%、99.1%;无护士执业证书占31.3%,未经执业注册占27.8%。结论:乡镇医院护理人才匮缺,护理队伍不稳定、专业素质低,存在非法执业现象。加强乡镇医院护理人才队伍建设已成为当务之急。
Objective:To study the status of nursing talents team construction in township health clinics, analyze its problems and causes, and explore feasible countermeasures. Methods:Data was obtained from questionnaire and field survey, analyzed with statistical methods. Results :21.1% of these nurses were not on the job. 72.2% of them could not operate normatively. 68.3% of them graduated from technical secondary schools, even 10.9% of them had no record of formal schooling. 80.5% of them didn't attend academic activities out of hospitals. And 99.1% of them had no experiences of continuing education in superior hospitals. 31.3% of them had no license of nursing practice, and 27.8% didn't registered. Conclusion : Nursing talents are insufficient and instable in township health clinics. Some nurses had lower professional quality, even illegal practice. It is urgent to strengthen the construction of nursing talents team in township health clinics.
