摘要
目的：观察５种浓度的亚硒酸钠对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用。方法：采用Ｋｉｒｂｙ－Ｂａｕｅｒ纸片扩散法。结果：５种浓度的亚硒酸钠的抑菌环直径分别为１０。．２ｍｍ，１２ｍｍ，１３．８ｍｍ，１５．６ｍｍ，１６．８ｍｍ，青霉素和红霉素的抑菌环直径则各为７．２ｍｍ，９．４ｍｍ。
objective: To observe the inhibitive effect of Na2SeO3 in 5 different coocentrations on staphylococci. Methods: Kirby - Bauer paper diffusion. Result: The diameters of bacteriostatic circls produced by 5 fifferent concentrations of Na2SeO3 were 10. 2mm. 12mm. 13. 8mm. 15. 6mm, 16. 8mm respectively. The bacteriostatic circles of penicillin. erythromycin were 7. 2mm,9. 4mm. Conclusion: The inhibitive effect of selenium on staphylococci is stronger than those of p c e - m (p < 0 .01) and is directly proportional to the concenthetions.
