摘要
为了研究干旱胁迫下,青海"绿宝"公司提供的3种剂型保水剂施入土壤后对廊坊杨苗木光合性能的影响,在河北农业大学实验基地,利用开放气路光合测定法,测定了净光合速率、光照强度、气孔阻力、胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾速率等指标,并对净光合速率日变化、光和指标之间的关系以及水分胁迫下,保水剂影响苗木光合作用的控制因素进行了分析。结果表明:净光合速率日变化显示出"双峰",日光合作用高峰时间延长;净光合速率与气孔阻力、蒸腾速率和COi/CO2值分别呈对数、指数和线性函数关系,与对照苗木相比,保水剂处理延缓了气孔阻力增加,降低了蒸腾速率。
At experimental base of Agricultural University of Hebei,by using open chamber technique,a measurement of net photosynthesis rate(Pn),stoma resistance(Rs),PAR,CO2 concentration in the cell and transpiration rate(TRN) was conducted to study on effects of super absorbent polymers(SAP were offered by Lvbao Company,Xining,Qinghai province.) on photosynthesis of Populus langfangensis seedlings under drought stress.Base on the measurements,diurnal variation trend of Pn,control factors of photosynthesis and the quantitative relationships between Pn and Rs,TRN were explored.The results showed that the diurnal change of Pn presented double peaks,and photosynthesis time was prolonged.Pn had a significant logarithm,exponential and linear correlation with Rs TRN and COi/CO2 at different SAP treatments,respectively.Compared with the ck treatments,SAP treatments delayed Rs increase and reduced TRN.
