摘要
目的 观察 ｃｉｔｒｅｏｖｉｒｉｄｉｎ（ Ｃ Ｉ Ｔ）对大鼠心脏线粒体的影响。方法 用含 Ｃ Ｉ Ｔ 的毒饲料喂养大鼠１个月，透射电镜观察。结果 实验组动物心肌线粒体出现嵴肿胀，空泡样变，甚至出现肌原纤维溶解现象。结论 Ｃ Ｉ Ｔ 可致大鼠心肌线粒体损伤。
Objective To observe the effects of C I T on m itochondria of m yocardium by electronm icroscope. M ethods The rats w ere given C I T in diets for one m onth and w e observed the sections ofm yocardium by electron m icroscope. Results In experim ental rats w e found the m itochondrial cristaesw elling and m itochondrialvacuolation,m yofibril lysis can be also found. Conclusions Citreoviridin candam age the heart m itochondria.
