摘要
目的 研究抗氧化剂 β胡萝卜素对染氟大鼠脂质过氧化作用的影响。方法 选健康雄性 W istar 大鼠24只,随机分为3组:空白对照组饮用蒸馏水;氟化钠组饮含氟150m g/ L 蒸馏水;补β胡萝卜素组饮含氟150m g/ L 蒸馏水, 同时经饲料给予 β胡萝卜素(2g/kg)。结果 饮水加氟(150m g/ L)可使大鼠血清、肝、肾组织 L P O 含量显著增加,全血及心、肝、肾组织谷胱甘肽( G S H)含量下降,超氧化物歧化酶( S O D)活性下降;饮氟水同时给 β胡萝卜素组血清及肝、肾组织 L P O 含量显著下降,全血及肝组织 G S H 含量升高,肝组织 S O D 活性升高。结论 抗氧化剂 β胡萝卜素对染氟大鼠脂质过氧化具有拮抗作用。
Objective To study the effect of β carotene on lipid peroxidation of rat inducedby fluoride. M ethods 24 healthy W istar rats w ere random ly divided into three groups: controlgroup drank distilled w ater, Na F group drank distilled w ater containing 150m g/ L fluoride,giving β carotene group drank the sam e w ater as Na F group and w ere given β carotene in the food sim ulta┐neously. Results fluoride could significantly increase the content of M D A in the serum ,liver andkindney,and decrease the G S H and S O D levels of blood,heart,liver and kindney,w hile β carotenecould resist these functions w hich had been induced by fluoride. Conclusions β carotene could an tagonize the lipid peroxidation induceed by fluoride.
