摘要
判断一种经济理论或学派是否具有历史地位,主要标准是它对社会经济的实际影响,而能够对社会经济产生较大或深远影响的经济理论,必然具有内在的思想价值。供给学派继承的是亚当.斯密的自由竞争思想。在减少税收、增加激励等政策建议的背后,这一学派对我国经济发展的更深刻和更现实启示是通过深化改革,切实转变政府职能,按照市场经济规律形成健康的、可持续的供求关系。
Historical position of economic theory or school depends on its practical effect to social economy. The economic theory or school which had important effect to social economy must have its internal ideological value. Supply-Side Economics carried on Adam Smith＇s thought of free competition. Beside the reduce tax policy and so on, the more important enlightenments the school will give China for economic development are deepening reform, transforming function of government, achieving sound and long-term balance between supply and demand due to the law of market economy.
