摘要
教科研工作是中职学校的一项重要工作内容,是提升学校竞争力,提高职业教育质量的重要途径。但中职学校存在科研意识淡薄、科研力量薄弱、科研人员工作积极性缺失、管理不到位等主要问题。提升中职学校教科研水平的主要措施:转变治学观念,坚持教研先行的理念;加强中青年科研人才的培养,充实科研队伍;运用激励理论,调动科研人员的工作积极性;改善科研条件,创设良好的科研环境;鼓励教师到企业实践,增强教科研成果的指导应用性;制定科研管理制度,规范科研管理工作等。
Teaching and research is an important task for secondary vocational school to improve school competitiveness and quality of vocational education. However, there are still some problems exist in secondary vocational schools like weak awareness and force of scientific research, loss of activities of research staff, lack of management, etc. This article presents the main meas[lres to improve teaching and research level of secondary vocational school including changing concept of study, strengthening the cultivation for young research staff, arousing the activities of research staff by motivation theory, crea- ting good scientific research environment, encouraging teacher to practice in enterprise, specifying management system and regulating scientific research management, etc.
