多层螺旋CT血管成像在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症诊断及术后复查中的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症中的应用价值。方法 199例拟诊断下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者,行多层螺旋CT下肢动脉血管成像,包括最大密度投影、容积再现、多平面重建、仿真内镜、曲面重建等。结果 199例患者均得到满意的下肢动脉血管影像,共评价4577支动脉。结论多层螺旋血管成像可以得到优质下肢动脉影像,作为无创性检查可以临床推广。
