探讨BiPAP呼吸机对重叠综合征患者血管内皮功能的作用机制 被引量:8

摘要 近年来,重叠综合征(OS)已逐渐引起人们重视,其病理生理改变较单纯阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)或慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)更为严重,可导致血管内皮功能明显异常,而血管内皮功能的受损会通过多种机制促进OS的发生与发展。目前,双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)被认为是治疗OS的首选治疗。该文通过综述OS患者的病理生理改变、血管内皮的功能和受损因素,探讨BiPAP对OS患者血管内皮功能影响的可能机制。 In recent years, the overlap syndrome has gradually attracted attention. The change of pathophysiological is more serious than OSAHS or COPD, it could lead to abnormal function of the vascular endothelial. The impaired function of the vascular endothelial will affect overlap syndrome through a variety of mechanisms. Now, bilevel positive airway pressure (BiPAP) is considered the first treatment for the overlap syndrome. This article summarizes the change of pathophysiological, function and impaired factors of the vascular endothelial of the overlap syndrome, and extrapolates the possible mechanism of the BiPAP on the function of the vascular endothelial of the overlap syndrome.
