摘要
将煤电企业联营与煤电价格联动结合起来,通过建立博弈模型对煤电企业是否联营与煤电价格联动的收益进行定量分析,进而证明煤电价格联动方案能使电力成本压力得到缓解,并在一定程度上缓解了目前我国电力市场需求大于供给的矛盾。
On the basis of joint operation of coal mine and electric power producer combined with coal and electricity prices,a game model is formed for a quantitative analysis of the fact if coal mine and electric power plant is jointly operated and the returns from coal-electricity price linkage.On the basis of that,it is proved that coal-electricity price linkage scheme can relieve the pressure on electric power production costs and can ease the contradiction between larger electric power demands and insufficient electric power supply on the domestic energy market.
